So, who are the Computer Guy of Central Wisconsin? We're an exciting new company out to help you get your computers working.
Who am I? I'm Rene--the all-knowledgeable, all-powerful, all-cool Linux/UNIX (mostly Linux) guy (I do Windows too, I just don't much care for it.) Heck, I'm even running a Neo Freerunner with Qtopia, and have customized it up the wazoo.
Okay, so part of that was a bit of an exaggeration. I have no idea what a wazoo is, so I can't really say that I meet the requirements of "customized it up the wazoo." That, and I just got it a little while ago.
I'm super-excited about all things technology and science--in particular, anything that's Open Source, and even more so if it's Free Software.
That said, don't be shy about asking me anything about your computer problems.
There's also Duane, and Joe. Two super cool guys that like computers, and have more experience with the everyday kind of problems that the typical user has--from viruses to the weird quirks of Windows to that-thing-that-you-have-no-idea-what-you-did-but-nothing-works-now kind of problem.
Anyway, I would highly encourage you to submit it a problem ticket for any issues you might have (for which, by the way, we're using the amazing Request Ticket,) or chat with one of us if we're available from one of the links on our main page.
